Honey Sriracha Lime Sauce

This, my friends, is going to rock your world. I’m not kidding, sweet, spicy, tangy….I have a hard time not putting a straw in the bottle, once shaken.

I’ve made this 5 times in the past two weeks. Twice, I made candied bacon wrapped in pineapple and I’ve since used it to marinade everything from chicken to sirloin tips.



It’s just four simple ingredients. Sriracha, lime, honey, cilantro stems. That’s it!


1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
3/4 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of cilantro stems, finely diced
Juice of one lime

Adjust according to your spice preference.
