I’m a sauce girl… I can’t eat even the most beautiful cut of beef without something to dip it in. If it’s not bearnaise then it’s some kind of steak sauce.
A few years ago, we had dinner at our good friends’ house and a sauce was made that rocked my world. They served it with a sirloin and it was devine. It was a gorgonzola sauce and I didn’t even like gorgonzola, blue cheese, or fetta, for that matter….or so I thought.
This recipe from Ina Garten is absolutely amazing. I don’t think I could eat a steak without it!
